phillip greenlief’s album lines combined was just released on evander music! we recorded this a few months ago, i tried some a new technique where i didn’t use a microphone preamp for the recording, but rather a compressor!

an album (titled “la chambre claire”) by my dear friend/amazing pianist/composer quentin sirjacq that we recorded in france back in january of 2009 will be released in september on the new french label brocoli records! check his myspace page for samples!

one last thing, my friend kristine barrett just released her two part opera via bandcamp! we mastered “lily maude horseman” about a year ago, and added loads of dirt and grit to her “ancient rock”.

going up to mt. shasta for the next few days to record with myrmyr in a backwoods cabin. stoked.
